Ready to join?

Thanks for your interest in joining Mt. Airy Homeschool Co-op! When space is available, we accept new members in the Fall and Spring. If we are at capacity, you may be added to our waitlist. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a site visit or attend a membership event. Please read our Member Handbook, before applying for membership. 

Application

Potential members will need to complete the application below. Three background checks are required for volunteers who have lived in PA for less than 10 years, including:

Tuition

Tuition is based on costs, voted on each term, and includes the whole family rather than individual participants. For Fall 2024, tuition is $400 per family paid at the beginning of the term.

Co-op Requirements

Families are expected to participate in volunteer roles such as opener, closer, assistant teacher or yearbook coordinator. After one term, caregivers can opt to serve as a lead teacher or member of the board. Members typically contribute 15-20 volunteer hours per term.
